Abstract
This article is based on the primary culture of normal fetal liver cells and the subculture of liver cancer cells, and uses microtubule sucking technology to study the adhesion mechanical properties of liver parenchymal cell cancer cells on collagen I-coated surfaces at the single cell level. The experiment compared normal primary liver cells with liver cancer cells to clarify the time and concentration dependence of the adhesion behavior of liver cancer cells to collagen I-coated surfaces. The results showed that liver cancer cells have stronger adhesion to collagen I-coated surfaces. force. This study has methodological reference significance for quantitative research on liver cancer metastasis.
