Abstract
Objective: To explore the humoral immune response characteristics of animals with arthritis and paralysis caused by type II collagen immunization. Methods: DA rats and DBA mice were immunized with type II collagen, and arthritis scores and ELISA methods were used to evaluate the immune responses of animals of different ages. Characteristics and immune response characteristics at different times after immunization were observed. Results: There are certain differences in the antibody responses of DA rats of different ages to C¢ò after immunization. Anti-C¢ò could be detected in the serum of rats 11 days after immunization. Antibodies reached a peak 30 days after immunization. The degree of arthritis in rats was not related to anti-C¢ò IgG and IgM, but was related to anti-C¢ù IgG. The levels of anti-C¢ò IgG1 in DBA arthritis mice and mice without arthritis were similar, while IgG and IgG2a levels were significantly increased,
