Abstract
collagen/sodium alginate mixture was prepared using a solution blending method, and a method for preparing collagen/calcium alginate interpenetrating network hydrogel was established, and it was confirmed that in the interpenetrating network gel, collagen and calcium alginate coexist and Independent of each other, the collagen structure remains intact. Compared with traditional calcium alginate hydrogel, the collagen/calcium alginate interpenetrating network hydrogel established in this article has enhanced surface hydrophobicity and a looser gel structure, which is more conducive to cell adhesion and material transfer. Using human fibroblasts as a model, by examining the morphology of cells on the gel surface and inside the gel, it was further confirmed that collagen molecules are distributed on both the surface and inside of the collagen/calcium alginate interpenetrating network hydrogel. The results of cell migration experiments also show that the collagen/calcium alginate interpenetrating network hydrogel can not only effectively maintain cell activity, but also provide a new research model for the study of cell migration behavior.
