Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of compound Biejia Ruangan recipe on the extracellular matrix of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Methods: 54 SD male rats were divided into sham operation control group, model control group, Compound Biejia Ruangan Recipe high-dose group, medium- and low-dose group, and prednisone group, with 9 rats in each group. Rats in each group except the sham operation control group were given a one-time infusion of bleomycin hydrochloride into the trachea, and the rats in the sham operation control group were given a one-time infusion of an equal volume of normal saline into the trachea. After 28 days of administration, the high-, medium-, and low-dose Compound Biejia Ruangan Recipe groups and the prednisone group were administered Compound Biejia Ruangan Recipe 1.4, 0.7, 0.35g¡¤kg-1 and prednisone 0.56 mg¡¤kg respectively. -1. The sham operation control group and the model control group were each fed equal volumes of normal saline. The contents of hydroxyproline in rat lung tissue and serum III (IIIC), IV (IVC) collagen, laminin (LN) and hyaluronic acid (HA) at 80 days were observed, and lung tissue was taken for HE and Masson staining. . Results: Compound Biejia Ruangan Recipe can reduce the contents of ¢ñ, ¢ó collagen, laminin and hyaluronic acid in rats with pulmonary fibrosis, and reduce the fibrous hyperplasia of lung tissue. Conclusion: Compound Biejia Ruangan Recipe may play a role in treating pulmonary fibrosis by reducing the extracellular matrix content in rats with pulmonary fibrosis.
