Abstract
Objective To understand the effects of growth hormone on the cell cycle, proliferation activity and secretory function of the rabbit nudicollar cartilage cultured in vitro, and to provide a reliable experimental basis for the growth and reconstruction of the nudal process during functional orthopedic treatment. Methods Flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry methods were used to quantitatively and qualitatively observe the effects of different concentrations of growth hormone on rabbit subcollar bare process chondrocytes cultured in vitro at different time points. Results ¢Ù Different concentrations of growth hormone can stimulate the proliferation activity of chondrocytes in the lower collar nudity. The proliferation index (PI) changes are most significant in the growth hormone 10pg/ml, 24h group, and the DNA synthesis changes are most significant in the 10r-tg/ml, 12h group. The most obvious. ¢Ú Growth hormone has the ability to promote the secretion of n-type collagen by chondrocytes of rabbit inferior collarbone process, and the growth hormone 10% group is the most significant. Conclusion Growth hormone can promote the proliferation activity and the ability to secrete type II collagen of rabbit inferior collarbone chondrocytes cultured in vitro.
