Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Jingui’s spleen-strengthening method on the synthesis and degradation of collagen fibers in rats with experimental liver fibrosis. Methods The carbon tetrachloride experimental liver fibrosis model was used, and the Jingui Strengthening the Spleen method was used to represent the therapeutic intervention of Fangbiaojiajian Pill Oral Liquid, and compared with ¦Ã-interferon; liver function, serum hyaluronic acid, and light microscopy were measured The pathological changes and fibrosis degree of liver tissue were observed. Picric acid-Sirius red staining and ammonia silver-Masson reticulum fiber staining were used to observe type ¢ñ and ¢ó collagen. Type IV collagen and tissue metalloproteinase inhibitory factor 1 ( TIMP-1) expression. Results Compared with the model group, the Biejiajian Pill oral liquid group could improve liver function indicators, significantly reduce serum hyaluronic acid, significantly improve the proliferation of type ¢ñ, ¢ó, and ¢ô collagen fibers, and reduce the expression of TIMP-1. Conclusion The method of Golden Chamber Strengthening the Spleen can play an anti-hepatic fibrosis role by improving the proliferation of collagen fibers.
