Abstract
First, the microfiber synthetic leather is pretreated with formic acid, and then epoxy resin (1,4-butanediol dianhydroglyceryl ether) is used as the cross-linking agent and collagen is used as the modifier. The base fabric is modified to improve its hygienic properties. Experimental results show that the optimal modification conditions are that the amount of collagen is 14% of the dry weight of the base fabric, the amount of epoxy resin is 12%, the optimal time for epoxy resin treatment of the base fabric is 3 hours, and the optimal time for collagen to act is 2 hours. , the reaction temperature is 40 ¡æ. After modification, the water vapor permeability of the base fabric increased by 43.0%, and the hygroscopicity increased by 25.56%. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) test results on the ultra-fine fiber synthetic leather base fabric showed that collagen was successfully grafted to the surface of the base fabric through epoxy resin; the scanning electron microscope image (SEM) showed the inside of the modified base fabric The fibers are looser; using atomic force microscopy (AFM) to compare the base fabric before and after modification, the results show that the surface of the modified base fabric is smoother and flatter; the contact angle analysis results show that the contact angle of the modified base fabric is significantly smaller
