Abstract
Abstract: Using type I collagen molecules as raw materials, collagen reaggregation fiber materials were prepared using the reaction route of salting out-acetone dehydration-glutaraldehyde cross-linking, and SEM, FT-IR, DSC and specific surface porosity analyzers were used to analyze the materials. The micromorphology, thermal stability and specific surface area were characterized. The results show that the appearance of the collagen reaggregated fiber material is in the form of light yellow fluffy fibers. On the microscopic scale, it is interwoven with nanofibers with diameters between 30 and 150nm. The specific surface area of the material is 26 m2/g, which is much larger than natural collagen fibers and their The specific surface area of the modified product; the triple helix structure of the collagen molecules in the material is not destroyed; the thermal denaturation temperature of the material reaches 85¡ãC. The preparation idea of collagen reaggregation fiber materials is expected to provide reference for the application of collagen resources in the fields of adsorption materials, catalyst carriers and biological materials.
