Abstract
Objective: To explore the preventive effect of Haobie Yangyin Ruanjian prescription on liver fibrosis induced by cona in mice. Methods: 94 mice were randomly divided into 7 groups according to body weight. There were 8 rats in the normal group, 16 rats in the model group, 14 rats in the Haobie Yangyin Ruanjian Recipe high-dose group, 14 rats in the medium-dose group, 14 rats in the low-dose group, 14 rats in the Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablets group and 14 rats in the colchicine group. . The mouse liver fibrosis model was prepared by injecting cona into the tail vein, and the Haotie Yangyin Ruanjian prescription was used as a preventive drug. The morphology of the liver tissue was observed by he staining and collagen staining. The collagen content of the liver tissue was determined by hydrochloric acid hydrolysis. The serum transparency was determined by radioimmunoassay. Hyaluronic acid (ha) and type ¢£ procollagen (pc ¢£) levels. Results: The stage and score of liver fibrosis in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (p<0.01), and the high, medium and low dose groups were all significantly lower than the model group (p<0.05); the collagen content of liver tissue in the model group It was significantly higher than the normal group (p<0.01), and the high, medium and low dose groups were all significantly lower than the model group (p<0.05); this method can reduce serum ha and pc¢£ levels to a certain extent (p>0.05). Conclusion: Haobie Yangyin Ruanjian prescription has a preventive effect on liver fibrosis induced by cona in mice.
