Abstract
Collagen is a natural biomedical material, and three-dimensional porous scaffolds prepared based on collagen are widely used in skin tissue engineering. However, collagen three-dimensional porous scaffolds as artificial skin have a series of problems such as poor mechanical properties, insufficient supply, and rejection reactions, which limit their further application in skin tissue engineering. In order to improve this situation, the mechanical properties of the scaffold can be improved through cross-linking, blending, etc., and combined with cell culture, growth factor loading and other technologies to achieve a highly bionic structure and function. In addition, in order to avoid the safety hazards of animal-derived collagen, recombinant collagen can be used The preparation of skin substitutes has become a research hotspot in this field.
