Abstract
Utilizing the aluminum tanning mechanism in tanning chemistry, Al (¢ó) is complexed on collagen molecules obtained by hydrolysis of gelatin to prepare Al (¢ó) modified collagen flocculation materials. XRD, fluorescence spectroscopy and XPS are used to analyze the product structure and mechanism of action. Perform characterization and analysis. The prepared flocculant was used to flocculate waste drilling fluid in oil fields, and its CODcr removal rate and suspended matter content were used as indicators to examine the impact of flocculation conditions on the treatment effect of waste drilling fluid. The results showed that a coordination reaction occurred between collagen molecules and Al(¢ó), and an Al(¢ó) modified collagen flocculant was prepared. When it is used to flocculate waste drilling fluid, the dosage is 20.7 g/L, the pH is 6-9, and the temperature is 20-40¡ãC. After flocculation, the CODcr removal rate of waste drilling fluid was 80.1%, and the suspended solids content dropped from the initial 2115 mg/L to 190 mg/L. The flocculation effect was obvious.
