Study On Astragalus Injection Loaded With Modified Collagen To Promote Blood Vessel Regeneration

Abstract
Objective: To load Astragalus membranaceus into the collagen scaffold, and by modifying the collagen scaffold, observe whether Astragalus membranaceus has pro-angiogenic activity and explore the possible biological mechanism. Methods: Load 5 or 10 ¦ÌL of Astragalus injection into modified collagen, and pass it through the Chicken Chorioallantoic Membrane (CAM) experimental model to determine the number of regenerated microvessels around the collagen, hemoglobin content in the collagen, dry weight of collagen, and CD34 antigen. Immunohistochemical markers and other indicators were used to examine the effect of Astragalus injection on promoting vascular regeneration after heparin-modified collagen. Results: Astragalus combined with heparin-modified collagen can produce a therapeutic effect equivalent to that of vascular endothelial growth factor. Blood vessel count, collagen hemoglobin content, and CD34 expression were all significantly increased (P<0.01, compared with the pure collagen group); compared with the pure collagen group In comparison, the dry weight of collagen in the collagen + astragalus 10ul group increased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: Astragalus injection loaded with modified collagen has a good effect on promoting vascular regeneration.
