Abstract
Study the adsorption and purification characteristics of tea polyphenols by adsorbent material collagen fiber. The results show that this type of adsorption material has good adsorption selectivity, high adsorption capacity and good desorption performance for tea polyphenols, and its adsorption capacity can reach 850mg/g. After static desorption with 50% ethanol, the recovery rate of tea polyphenols reached 85.46%, and the product purity was over 99%. The adsorption equilibrium of tea polyphenols on collagen fibers conforms to the Freundlich equation, and the adsorption kinetics conforms to the Lagergren pseudo-second-order rate equation.
