Abstract
Objective To explore the method of collagenase injection into the lateral recess with accurate positioning and good efficacy. Methods In the treatment group, before collagenase dissolving surgery, body surface markers (with lead numbers) were positioned in the intervertebral space with obvious tender points, and further positioned based on X-ray films and fluoroscopy combined with CT; in the control group, lead markers were not used for positioning. method. Results: The excellent and good rates and effective rates in the treatment group were 88.3% and 95.9% respectively, which were 10.5% and 6.7% higher than those in the control group respectively. Conclusion The lead number mark is positioned by combining X-ray films, fluoroscopy and CT. When injecting collagenase into the lateral recess to treat lumbar disc herniation, the positioning is accurate, safe and economical, with good curative effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
